Spinning processes are among the most flexible industrial forming processes. No wonder they are being used more and more frequently. During “teaching”, the operator uses all his experience to press a complex component, while the control system records the entire movement sequence. The workpiece can then be produced automatically at multiple speeds.

A combination of CNC and pressed sections is possible, the parts can be modified during operation and adapted to the respective material behavior.

We use our tried and tested 19″ system in conjunction with a PC MMI as hardware. The highlight is the large, user-friendly 21″ touch display in 16:9 format. More than 400 of these machines have been manufactured in four generations since 1982, most of which are still in use today.
