Our modular control system for rod rolling mills with 4 to 12 stands that can be adjusted under load allows individual stands to be adjusted quickly under load. In this way, they remain within narrow tolerances from the first bar and achieve the greatest possible roundness and homogeneity from the beginning to the end of the bar. <\/p>\n\n

This allows you to produce small batch sizes with high quality, especially with frequently changing batches. The thickness control not only intervenes in the positions of the rollers, but also in the speeds of the individual stand drives.<\/p>\n\n
