Test benches

“Our individually developed test benches withstand every test: even the critical eyes of our customers.”

Every test stand that is created in our company is unique and is “developed” piece by piece in close cooperation with the respective customer. Our customers benefit from our project expertise in many ways: e.g. in the fields of automation, process engineering, IT networking, electrical and safety engineering.

We can offer you a wide range of examples from the following areas:

  • Steering systems
  • Gearbox
  • Brakes
  • Phase adjuster (Vanos test benches)
  • Shock absorber (Sachs Automotive)
  • Chassis components
  • Vanos
  • DQ 250 transmission test bench
  • Bowden cables
  • Hysteresis measuring machine (picture electrical axis)
  • Slosh test bench for automobile fuel tanks
  • Development of distance control project Smart Booster
  • Development of electric handbrake
  • Development of electric brake caliper
  • Development of force feedback module

Pressure and burst pressure

  • Continuous pulsation test
  • Burst pressure test
  • Pump test
  • Noise analysis of pumps
  • Pipe testing

Aviation

  • Pump test
  • Floor trolley
  • Mobile test stands used on the aircraft
  • Electrical testing of components

Test bench control for concrete strength testing machines

The highlight of this development: Highly accurate and fast detection of sample breakage with a digital 24 bit A/D converter, which converts the measurement signal with a dynamic resolution of 18 bit (peak to peak). The control unit can control up to eight measuring frames, which can be configured variably. The test sequence can be created either via the screen integrated in the device or via a comprehensive PC program.
