We have implemented a 4-axis synchronization control system for a truck and heavy-duty platform. This system can be expanded with additional controller cards and then controls up to 16 axes with different loads in synchronization. The controllers are connected to each other via CAN bus.
The hardware was specially developed in accordance with TÜV safety specifications and has two mutually monitoring MCUs (Renesas). Visualization is implemented (optionally) via a CAN terminal with 5.7″ TFT display and keypad.
